पुरुषों में मूत्र मार्ग संक्रमण के लिए आयुर्वेदिक उपचार

मूत्र पथ के संक्रमण मूत्र प्रणाली के किसी भी हिस्से में जीवाणुओं के कारण होने वाले संक्रमण हैं। मूत्र पथ के संक्रमण गुर्दे, मूत्राशय, मूत्रवाहिनी या मूत्रमार्ग को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं, लेकिन अधिकांश मामलों में, यह मूत्राशय और मूत्रमार्ग में होते हैं।

तथ्यः

विश्वभर में प्रतिवर्ष लगभग 3 प्रतिशत पुरुष मूत्र मार्ग संक्रमण से प्रभावित होते हैं।

• 50 वर्ष से कम उम्र के वयस्क पुरुषों में मूत्र मार्ग संक्रमण (UTI) दुर्लभ होते हैं और उम्र बढ़ने के साथ इसका खतरा बढ़ जाता है।

• महिलाओं में पुरुषों की तुलना में मूत्र मार्ग संक्रमण (UTI) होने की संभावना लगभग 4-5 गुना अधिक होती है।

• अनुमान है कि मूत्र मार्ग संक्रमण (UTI) के कारण प्रति वर्ष लगभग 81 लाख लोग स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदाताओं के पास जाते हैं।

मूत्रमार्ग संक्रमण (UTI) पुरुषों की तुलना में महिलाओं में अधिक आम है। हालांकि, पुरुषों में मूत्रमार्ग संक्रमण होने पर स्थिति अधिक जटिल हो जाती है, क्योंकि ऐसे मामलों में संक्रमण ऊपरी मूत्रमार्ग और गुर्दों तक फैलने की संभावना अधिक होती है। इस प्रकार, संक्रमण के गुर्दों तक पहुंचने की प्रबल संभावना रहती है। मूत्रमार्ग संक्रमण से पीड़ित पुरुषों को पेशाब करते समय दर्द का सामना करना पड़ता है। ऐसे पुरुषों को बार-बार पेशाब करने की इच्छा होती है, फिर भी वे मूत्राशय को पूरी तरह से खाली करने में कठिनाई महसूस करते हैं।

पुरुषों में मूत्र मार्ग संक्रमण के अन्य लक्षण इस प्रकार हैं:

• मूत्र की धारा धीमी होती है।

• पेशाब में खून आना।

• तेज गंध वाला धुंधला मूत्र।

• पेट के निचले मध्य भाग में दर्द।

मूत्र मार्ग संक्रमण के लक्षण जानने के बाद, आप समझ सकते हैं कि ये कितने कष्टदायक और दर्दनाक हो सकते हैं। यदि आपको उपरोक्त लक्षण महसूस हो रहे हैं, तो इसे हल्के में न लें। मूत्र मार्ग संक्रमण का तुरंत इलाज आवश्यक है ताकि गुर्दे और मूत्र प्रणाली को होने वाले नुकसान से बचा जा सके।
