Valedictory of Five-Day Training Programme

The valedictory ceremony of the five-day training programme on “Value Addition of Livestock Products: A Boon for Entrepreneurship and Self-employment” was held on 17th March, 2026 at the Department of Livestock Products Technology, College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut.

The training programme was conducted from 13th to 17th March, 2026. It was sponsored by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi, under the SC-SP Plan. Participants received hands-on training and expert guidance on topics like hygienic production, value added products processing, detection of adulteration and economic calculation of value added livestock products.

The Dean Representative, Dr. Vijay Singh addressed the participants and highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship in the livestock sector. All faculty members of College of Veterinary and Animal sciences graced the occasion and motivated the participants to utilize the acquired skills for establishing viable enterprises. Certificates were distributed to participants and the programme concluded with a vote of thanks. Dr. V.P. Singh, Dr Akhilesh Kumar Verma, Dr. Pramila Umaraw were present.

पाँच दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का समापन समारोह

“पशुधन उत्पादों का मूल्यवर्धन: उद्यमिता और स्वरोजगार के लिए वरदान” विषय पर पाँच दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का समापन समारोह 17 मार्च, 2026 को पशुधन उत्पाद प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग, पशु चिकित्सा एवं पशु विज्ञान महाविद्यालय, सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल कृषि एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, मेरठ में आयोजित किया गया। यह प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम 13 से 17 मार्च, 2026 तक चला। इसका प्रायोजन भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद, नई दिल्ली द्वारा एससी-एसपी योजना के अंतर्गत किया गया था।

प्रतिभागियों को पशुधन उत्पादों के प्रसंस्करण, पैकेजिंग और विपणन पर व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण और विशेषज्ञ मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त हुआ। डीन प्रतिनिधि डॉ. विजय सिंह ने प्रतिभागियों को संबोधित करते हुए पशुधन क्षेत्र में उद्यमिता के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला। पशु चिकित्सा एवं पशु विज्ञान महाविद्यालय के सभी संकाय सदस्यों ने इस अवसर पर उपस्थित होकर प्रतिभागियों को अर्जित कौशल का उपयोग करके सफल उद्यम स्थापित करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। प्रतिभागियों को प्रमाण पत्र वितरित किए गए और कार्यक्रम का समापन धन्यवाद ज्ञापन के साथ हुआ। डॉ. वी.पी. सिंह, डॉ. अखिलेश कुमार वर्मा, डॉ. प्रमिला उमराव मौजूद रहे।
